Cubby house is a follow on work from I am my place. The work explores the importance of outdoor play in childhood, and the way that nature play informs a person's ecological morality in adulthood. 

Cubby house utilised institutional validation as a way to invite the audience to reconsider something often overlooked as unimportant, by placing it in the architecturally grand window of Maitland Regional Art Gallery
